Depois de uma década à frente de um dos restaurantes mais queridos de Lisboa, decidimos abrandar e criar algo mais pessoal. A Quinta de Margoa é a nossa casa, a nossa quinta e a nossa mesa. Todos os pães, doces, pastas e sobremesas, e muitos dos ingredientes, são preparados frescos na quinta todos os dias: hospitalidade portuguesa e cozinha mediterrânica num cenário rural e íntimo. After a successful decade running one of Lisbon's beloved restaurants, we chose to slow down and create something more personal. Quinta de Margoa is our home, our farm and our table. Every bread, pastry, spread and dessert, and many of the ingredients, are prepared fresh on the farm each day, bringing together Portuguese hospitality and Mediterranean cuisine in an intimate countryside setting.

Cozinhamos ao ritmo das estações, em jantares privados para os hóspedes ou à volta da grande mesa debaixo dos arcos. Vegetables come from our garden and eggs from our hens. We hand-pick the wine to match each meal. We cook with the seasons, as private dinners for guests or around the long table under the arches.

We spent an unforgettable week as a couple in Margoa's Villa. Everything was perfect, and every detail was thought out to make us feel at home. The place is very nicely decorated, making it lively and warm, as well as being fully functional. We even thought about extending our stay.
This place is just amazing! Very charming interior, beautiful furniture, swimming pool is great. Perfect house for some romantic days with barbecue by the pool. Communication with Margoa was also easy and nice, very friendly. We will definitely come back!
The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Upon check-in, they showed us around the entire house and the grounds, and even introduced us to the chickens! The property is absolutely magnificent, and the house has a beautiful and unique character that makes the stay truly special.
